Squatter's Run is an award winning apartment accommodation on the village square. A variety of floor plans offering studio, family 1 bedroom with loft to 2 bedroom apartments sleeping up to 6.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen whether your culinary skills are gourmet level or you have mastered reheating in the microwave.  In some, the window seat provides a great view of the passing village life, in others, the loft is a quiet retreat for afternoon tea, a good book or a siesta, drinks on the balcony or a dining nook for a cosy dinner with friends, each apartment something unique that will add to that special holiday feel.

Each unit has a reserved car space. Lockable, heated boot and ski storage is located at mall level to minimise carrying. We can provide shower and change facilities on your departure day to maximise your holiday time.

Accommodation options

Studio - are an ideal solution for two adults.  The sleeping area (twin or queen) is screened from the living area.  The combined lounge and dining area incorporates a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and laundry facilities leading to a balcony overlooking the village and mountain providing the ideal spot to assess the weather or enjoy the activities of the village.

1 Bedroom - ideal for a couple or a small family with 1 main bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area.  The apartments enjoy fully equipped kitchens with space to invite friends to dinner or drinks. These apartments include laundries and full bathrooms and balconies overlooking the village and mountain.  The deluxe versions of these apartments include a special extra feature such as spa baths; large balconies with BBQ; second toilet or a warm and cosy fireplace.

 1 Bedroom & Loft - offers more space with a loft area for sleep or play, most lofts have high vaulted ceilings providing a sensation of more space for families and friends.  These apartments share all the same great features as our one bedroom apartments.

Rates Include: Accommodation, Line and Towels.
All rates are per apartment, based on use of existing bedding. If additional bedding is required , a surcharge will be payable.
Bedding configurations varies between apartments, please confirm bedding requirements at time of booking 
2 Nights are Friday check in, 5 Nights are Sunday check in, 7 Nights are Friday or Sunday check in.

Travelling By Car
Car must be left at the Bullock Flat parking area and the ski tube taken to Perisher followed by oversnow transport

* From Sydney: Take the Hume Highway south-west to Goulburn, then the Federal highway south to Canberra or Queanbeyan.

* From Canberra/Queanbeyan: Take the Monaro Highway south to Cooma, then the Snowy Mountains Highway south-west to Jindabyne.

* From Jindabyne: Take the Thredbo Road (Alpine Way) to Thredbo

Travelling By Air
The nearest commercial airports to Perisher Valley are at Cooma and Canberra.

The Snow Express Shuttle bus meets all flights to and from Snowy Mountains Airport at Cooma. Bookings are essential
