Marritz Alpine provides 24 rooms and suites most overlooking Front Valley. Marritz Alpine is only 250 metres from the main slopes and the Village 8 seater chairlift at Perisher Ski Resort. Marritz Alpine is Perisher's most unique accommodation establishment offering the ultimate alpine experience with superb facilities, exceptional service and great hospitality for your winter holiday at Australia's largest ski resort.

Marritz Alpine's rooms include Standard, Alpine, Junior, Deluxe and Executive rooms and the popular Tower Suite for the romantic holiday. All rooms are exquisitely furnished and have ensuites (except Standard rooms).

The Lodge offers superb views of the slopes whilst have a drink at the Cocktail Bar, relax in the guest lounge in front of the open fireplace or in the only heated indoor pool in Perisher Valley. Loosen your muscles in the sauna, enjoy a massage with the hotel's own massage therapist and indulge yourself with superb fine dining in the Gallery Restaurant. During selected weeks the hotel also offers a Kids Club.

To ensure a smooth arrival Marritz Alpine also offers free transport from the Ski Tube.

Alpine Room
1 king or queen bed and 2 single beds, private facilities with shower/bath and toilet, superior bedding. Some rooms come with enclosed balconies. Hair dryer, ironing facilities, TV, telephone, tea and coffee facilities, central heating.
Can accommodate 2-4 guests.

Deluxe Room
King or Queen bed and 2 or 3 single beds. Private facilities with shower or bath and toilet, superior bedding, hair dryer, ironing facilities, refrigerator, some rooms with enclosed balcony, mountain view, TV, telephone, tea & coffee facilities and central heating.
Can accommodate 2-5 guests.

Executive Suite

Travelling By Car
Car must be left at the Bullock Flat parking area and the ski tube taken to Perisher followed by oversnow transport

* From Sydney: Take the Hume Highway south-west to Goulburn, then the Federal highway south to Canberra or Queanbeyan.

* From Canberra/Queanbeyan: Take the Monaro Highway south to Cooma, then the Snowy Mountains Highway south-west to Jindabyne.

* From Jindabyne: Take the Thredbo Road (Alpine Way) west to Bullock's Flat.

Travelling By Air
The nearest commercial airports to Perisher Valley are at Cooma and Canberra.

The Snow Express Shuttle bus meets all flights to and from Snowy Mountains Airport at Cooma. Bookings are essential

Travelling By Bus
Numerous companies in Canberra and Sydney offer bus services to the Skitube terminal at Bullock's Flat or Perisher Valley.

Car Park

Due to overnight snowfalls during winter, there is no parking at Perisher Valley itself. We recommend that you leave your car at Bullock's Flat (on the Thredbo Road). You are not required to carry snow chains and the parking is free. You can then travel by Skitube to Perisher. Please contact us beforehand to check snow conditions.

The Skitube train runs regularly from Bullock's Flat to the Perisher Skitube Terminal.

Free oversnow transport is available on arrival and departure and daily to and from the Perisher Skitube Terminal. Please contact The lodge beforehand with your expected arrival time.
