Description
This Thredbo lodge takes its name from the Norwegian God of Snow and is ideally located in the village, close to overnight parking, shops, nightlife, bus stops and a short stroll to lifts.
Hosts Sandy and Steven offer a high level of professional service and comfortable accommodation with an emphasis on cleanliness and friendliness. House of Ullr has spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom rooms that are serviced daily and have recently been refurbished and modernised while still retaining the traditional Nordic style. All are centrally heated with ensuite bathrooms, Austar, DVD and CD players, tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge and hair dryers.
After a great day on the mountain skiing or snowboarding you can relax in the popular bar for après drinks where guests can unwind by the fireplace or listen to live music. Dine in the restaurant/grill which features a large choice of meals for all the family to enjoy. Guests also have access to a ski/drying room, laundry facilities and guest lounge with a large range of books, movies and wireless internet.

The House of Ullr is unique in Thredbo for offering spacious one, two and three-bedroom guest rooms that are well suited for families, couples and groups. Room types range from standard to mountain views, offering some exhilarating views of the mountain on the upper levels. All rooms at the House of Ullr have central heating, ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TVs, tea and coffee making facilities, bar fridge and are serviced daily.

Travelling By Car
Car must be left at the Bullock Flat parking area and the ski tube taken to Perisher followed by oversnow transport
* From Sydney: Take the Hume Highway south-west to Goulburn, then the Federal highway south to Canberra or Queanbeyan.
* From Canberra/Queanbeyan: Take the Monaro Highway south to Cooma, then the Snowy Mountains Highway south-west to Jindabyne.
* From Jindabyne: Take the Thredbo Road (Alpine Way) to Thredbo

The nearest commercial airports to Perisher Valley are at Cooma and Canberra.
The Snow Express Shuttle bus meets all flights to and from Snowy Mountains Airport at Cooma. Bookings are essential
