Ski In, Ski Out - The Falls Creek Hotel is chalet style and located in the heart of the village with 3 lifts within 150 metres of the door and a view from every room.

Indoor Heated Swimming Pool & Spa - you can return to the Hotel to defrost and relax those tired muscles in the pool/spa until it's time to mosey your way into the Falls Creek Hotel bar.

The Hotel restaurant offers continental & cooked to order breakfasts, (included in the tariff), delicious lunches (optional) and 4 course "Table d' Hote" dinners, (also included in the tariff). On sunny days you can enjoy the fantastic views of the ski runs while endulging in our balcony BBQ lunches.

Enjoy the HUGE wine list while you relax by the open fire in a comfortable chair or have a casual dinner with old (or new) friends while the kids are entertained.

Falls Creek Hotel is the only hotel/lodge on the mountain with regular live entertainment, but not too much - 2 nights through dinner and the famous "Harvey Hour" on every Tuesday and Thursday during July, August & September.

Family Friendly...Bring the kids down for an early dinner while you have a drink at the bar. They will love the organised fun 'n' games each night from 7 to 9pm... and so will you (3-9yrs).

Baggage area and bathrooms with showers available for early arrivals and late departures

Rooms has an ensuite, TV with two free video channels, fridge, tea and coffee, phone, clock radio, hair dryer, all linen and the best views of the ski runs from the balcony in front of every room.

Directions

By Road
Falls Creek is the closest alpine resort to Brisbane, an easy day's drive from Sydney & four and a half hours drive from Melbourne. There are lots of options to get to Falls from driving all or part of the way to letting someone else take care of that for you. Carrying snow chains is compulsory during the snow season and can be hired at several outlets in Mt. Beauty.

No petrol is available at Falls Creek so make sure you fill up before you come up. In winter, diesel vehicles should fill up with Alpine Diesel from Mt Beauty or other local suppliers to ensure their vehicle works correctly in the cold conditions.

Drivers should also check at the local service stations their anti-freeze levels. This can be done with a 'Glycometer' and may save you a lot of time and money.

Oversnow Transport
If you are going to be using Oversnow Transport to get to your accommodation, be aware that Friday nights and Sunday afternoons are the busiest times for these services and regularly incur waiting in excess of one hour.

If you can avoid these peak times at Oversnow Transport by arriving Sunday morning or Friday throughout the afternoon before the service really gets busy you will enjoy a much smoother transfer experience. Travelling on other days may also be an option if they can match with your accommodation.

Car Park

Most for the accommodation has no parking, and you will have to use oversnow transport, please check when booking.

As you drive into Falls Creek can drop off your luggage and passengers at the Oversnow transport terminal (on the left as you drive in).

You will then be guided by resort staff on which car park to use.
